C4 Energy. “Ignite Your Fire” Brand Launch Optimization
Context
I joined C4 Energy as “Ignite Your Fire” was being developed as the brand’s first major global campaign. The direction was right, but the opportunity was to turn it into a cohesive omnichannel experience that could scale acquisition and sales, not just awareness.
Approach
I led the team to optimize the launch by unifying brand expression across channels and tightening the balance between emotional storytelling and functional clarity. We re-established clear brand codes to improve recognition and attribution, refined the content mix so product utility was unmistakable, and integrated partnerships with Barstool Sports and LOL Network into a single consumer journey from awareness to trial to purchase. Experiential moments like WWE SummerSlam drove trial and cultural legitimacy, while Amazon OTT and YouTube connected upper-funnel demand to retail and DTC conversion. All activity laddered to one brand idea so consumers experienced C4 consistently.
Results
The optimized launch drove strong commercial impact. Revenue increased 70 percent, site traffic grew 587 percent, and brand awareness rose 34 percent. Social became a leading awareness driver, with the community growing to more than 195K followers, up 272 percent, and engagement increasing 12 percent.
